Returns, Exchanges and Conditions Policy

Returns are offered within the contiguous United States (50 states) on all shoe purchases unless otherwise noted on certain products (namely Second Sales).

Return requests must be made within 14 days (two weeks) of the date you receive your shoes. Requests after this point will be denied for cash/credit refunds. 

** We Highly recommend trying on all shoes and boots indoors and on a clean surface. We also recommend loosening the laces of the shoe or boot prior to placing your foot in. We also highly encourage unbuttoning, unfolding any trousers or apparel prior to trying on. Leave tags on clothing until you have confirmed your fit **

Unworn, Original, New Condition

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unworn items in their original, new condition (meaning original shoebox, laces, dust bags, and shoehorns and/or apparel, the original product, tags in it's original packaging must be intact and unused). Somiar takes much pride in the quality, attention, and dedication provided to each piece of apparel which has resulted in our low-return rates.

However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order. Because of this, we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on all Somiar products that have not been worn, have not had labels removed, and feature no marks, stains, scuffs, tears or visible signs of use, including wear and odors.  

If your merchandise is returned to us due to a failure to pay customs or duties, you will be charged the cost of shipping and refunded the remaining amount. For example, if you purchase a pair of shoes for $200 and we ship the shoes to you for $20, you will not be refunded the $20 shipping cost. By purchasing from Somiar, LLC you understand that duties may be required to import the products into your destination country. Somiar, LLC is not responsible for any customs fees or duties. 

If you return an international purchase, you will be refunded the total amount of your purchase minus shipping costs. International shipping cost is non-refundable, as that was the total to ship the initial order to you. 

BLACK FRIDAY SALES ARE FINAL

Black Friday through Cyber Monday sales are final, therefore no cash refunds. Should a return be NECESSARY due to size out of stock, we will administer a store credit. Somiar will accept exchanges in this time period.

Exchanges — Only Offered on Non-Sale Items Within 30 days Of Receiving Your Order

If the size you received does not fit you, we are happy to help you return them for store credit in order to reorder the correct size and make sure you are comfortable in your Somiar products. To receive store credit/exchange, the original product must be unworn and in new condition. 

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your product. Requests after this point will be denied. We accept exchanges in the US unless otherwise noted on certain products (namely second sales). 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

All products must be shipped back unworn, with labels on, in the original packaging, and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a refund will not be issued. The returned items will be inspected to see if they qualify for a refund. Damaged merchandise or products with labels removed will not be refunded, and you will be invoiced the appropriate amount to cover the cost of shipping the shoes back to you. 

Somiar, LLC will not be responsible for returns lost in transit.

International Returns

For international returns outside of 50 States United States, please indicate on package "RETURN, NO DUTIES," or your package will be returned to you. We, unfortunately, cannot take responsibility for duties and customs. If you elect to return your product and you are based outside of the United States, we will not be responsible for any duties/customs that you have paid. If you are an international customer, please note that international shipping costs are non-refundable, and will not be covered by Somiar.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?

A refund or store credit will be issued after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned products were not worn, and labels were not removed (most often meaning within 24-48 hours of receiving the return). In the case of refunds, once we refund your order, the funds will be available on the original payment account according to the terms, conditions, and practices of your banking institution. We cannot control how quickly the funds are returned to you once we submit the refund. With regards to multiple exchanges or returns (2 or more products), Somiar administers a 15% restocking fee. 

Shipping

Upon placing your order, your products will ship within 24 hours, with the exception of orders placed on weekends. We ship Monday-Friday. Any order placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Friday will not ship until Monday around mid-day. A shipping confirmation email including the tracking number will be sent to the email associated with the order as soon as the carrier picks up the item and scans the label.

Lost Packages

For packages that may have been lost in transit, we will wait seven days after the original delivery date to see if the package arrives late.  From our experience, giving that extra time often allows time for the shipper or customer to locate the package and get it out for re-delivery.
